Sony VAIO P - What's in the name?

The Sony VAIO P will be released in the UK under 3 initial model codes, the entry level Sony VAIO P11Z, the 'middle model' Sony VAIO P19WN and the top-of-the-range Sony VAIO P19VN.

Each Sony VAIO P series notebook model code is characterised by the colour of the model. There are 4 colours available at launch. They are Ebony Black, (our favourite) Ivory White, Volcano Red and Forest Green.

The colour code number will follow the P11Z in the model number like so;

• P11Z/Q Black
• P11Z/G Green
• P11Z/R Red
• P11Z/W White
